Welcome to GMT Corporation. We aim to provide our customers with a seamless, transparent, and trustworthy vehicle purchasing experience. Please read the following Terms & Payment policies carefully before proceeding with your order.

1. Order Process
  1. Customers may browse available vehicles or place a request for a specific make and model.
  2. Once the vehicle is selected, we will confirm availability, condition, pricing, and shipping timelines.
  3. A Proforma Invoice (PI) will be issued after confirmation of the vehicle.
  4. The order is considered confirmed once the initial payment is received.
2. Payment Terms

We offer flexible and secure payment options to accommodate customer needs. Payments can be made in the following phases.

a. Advance/Booking Payment
  • A minimum of 30% – 50% of the total invoice amount is required as an advance to secure the vehicle.
  • This amount is non-refundable after vehicle reservation and documentation initiation.
b. Balance Payment
  • The remaining balance must be paid within 7 working days of shipment confirmation or before the Bill of Lading (B/L) is released.
  • Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation or delay of shipment.
3. Payment Methods

We accept payments through the following secure channels:

  • Bank Transfer (TT – Telegraphic Transfer)
  • Online Banking
  • Cash Deposit (within Pakistan)
  • Western Union / MoneyGram (for small amounts, on request)

Bank details will be provided on the official invoice only. Please verify payment information with our team before making any transfers.

4. Currency
  • All prices are quoted in USD ($) unless otherwise stated.
  • Local currency payments (PKR or others) are accepted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of payment.
5. Delivery & Shipping
  • Estimated delivery time depends on the shipping schedule and destination port, typically ranging from 4 to 8 weeks.
  • Customers will be provided with shipping documents:
  • Bill of Lading (B/L)
  • Export Certificate
  • Inspection Certificate (if required)
  • Commercial Invoice
  • Once full payment is received, documents will be released for custom clearance.
6. Taxes, Duties & Clearance
  • All custom duties, port charges, taxes, registration, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer in their respective country.
  • GMT Corporation provides necessary documentation and guidance to assist in a smooth clearance process.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
  • Once the vehicle is reserved and payment is made, cancellation is not permitted unless under exceptional circumstances and approval from management.
  • Any approved refund will be subject to deduction of administrative and transaction charges.
  • Vehicles not paid for within the given time frame may be considered abandoned and resold.
8. Inspection & Condition
  • All vehicles are inspected before purchase and shipment.
  • Detailed photos, auction sheets (if available), and condition reports are shared with the customer.
  • GMT Corporation is not liable for minor wear and tear or changes caused during transit.
9. Disputes & Resolution
  • In case of any dispute, our goal is to resolve matters fairly and quickly.
  • All disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of [Your Company’s Registered Country, e.g., Pakistan or Japan].
